Trial of the Pyx 2018 silver proof £2 commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the First World War Armistice. The Trial of the Pyx is an ancient and annual ceremony that tests the integrity of the coins struck by the Royal Mint to include, size, weight, composition etc. Just 10 of these coins were returned from the process. Individually presented and includes full literature of the ceremony as well as a signed COA.
