1745/3 LIMA Half Crown, George II (Unlisted in ESC, Bull 1687A with image of variety on page 241 of 2nd edition). An extremely rare variety (Rated R6 in Bull) which was subject to an article in the 1993 SNC in which 2 specimens were recorded by Mr Faintich at the time. A search reveals very few having been sold over the last decade and whilst being a lower grade example (gFine/nVF) this presents a great opportunity to add an example to your collection.
